Conversations with Creator about Holidays

For some people the holidays are a time of great joy, tons of laughter and happy connections with family and friends.

For other people the holidays are a very difficult reminder of their loved one who has crossed over and is no longer there to share in the traditions, the laughs, the joy. There is often mixed emotion during this time. If kids are involved they want to put on a happy face for them, while inside wishing it would all just go away. If there aren’t kids involved it can feel easier to avoid everyone and everything, in hopes to shut out the pain.

Creator would like to dedicate this article to those of you who are missing your loved ones, this can be family or friends, human or furry! Know in your heart that every animal and person who has crossed over is happy. This may be hard to believe because they aren’t with us physically anymore, but they are with us on an energetic level, and always will be. Every spirit I have connected with, and there have been thousands, are happy, free, and having so much fun! They love to play with electricity such as flicker lights or change the time on clocks, or leave coins in odd places, or tickle their loved ones, or pull their hair, or open closet doors, or move pictures. The list goes on and on and on! They want for you to know they are with you, they are happy and they wish that same happiness for you.

If you don’t notice anything special from your loved ones in Spirit you can ask them to show you signs they are around. They will, so be sure to pay attention! Their communication is often as gentle as a whisper and as light as a feather. Some people miss it because they are too busy multi tasking. If you can, take time to relax and just “be” for even 5 minutes a day. It will make a world of difference for your sanity and much easier for your loved ones in Spirit to show you they are with you.

If you would like to strongly connect energetically with your loved one in Spirit the healing below will assist you in doing so. Creator will only do the healing to the level of readiness that you are, so know that you are safe as he shifts your energy to connect with theirs. You may feel or sense your energy shifting, you may feel shifts in your physical body, you may have emotions come up, you may want to giggle, you may want to dance, you may want to nap. These are all normal reactions. Just allow it to be what it is, and let Creator take care of you and each step of your journey.

Take a deep, slow breath, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow yourself to feel, know, or sense your energy field expanding, wider and wider and wider. Going out from your body... into the space around you... breathe... into your room... breathe... into your home... breathe... into your city... breathe... into your province... breathe... into your country... breathe... into the entire world... breathe... now beyond the world into the Universe... breathe... and farther... breathe... now as far as your energy can expand... breathe...

In your mind think about the loved one you would like to connect with right now. Imagine their smile. Feel the energy of their laughter. Sit with this for a few minutes while you breathe deeply and slowly. As you do this I am removing all of the trauma, shock and cellular trauma you are carrying due to your loved one crossing over. Please take 3 deep, slow breaths as this heavy energy is removed and replaced with unconditional love, peace and healing. Breathe... breathe... breathe...

Energetically all the unhealthy and unnecessary unresolved grief is removed and replaced with peaceful energy that fills your entire being. This expands your energy even farther as you feel it gently enter every part of your being.

As your energy gets lighter and lighter you start to feel, sense, see, hear or know your loved one is right beside you. The love they are sending you is so strong, so intense, so beautiful it brings beautiful, healing waves of emotions through you. Allow these emotions to flow.

Connect with your loved one in whatever way works best ~ talk with them about everything your heart has to say... feel them touching you... hear them giving you messages... know they are there and are happy... sense their love for you, their messages, their happiness. Allow it to be what it needs to be for you, right now.... Take as long as you need with this.

As you do this I am consistently raising your vibrations so your connection stays strong with your loved one in this beautiful space of love, joy and connection.

As you are ready to come back from the visit, thank them for coming, knowing you can connect with them any time you desire. They are always there, always loving you, always guiding you, always smiling.

Life Just Got Better and Better

"I have heard many times that in life we have to have down times to appreciate the good times. If we don't experience sorrow we can never experience joy.

Something about that never seemed quite right for me. There is no empowerment. As though life was happening to me and I had to roll with whatever was handed my way.

What if it is as simple as choosing differently? Not waiting for the down when we are in the good and not justifying the down when we are choosing it. Just recognizing it is all a choice.

There may be times in our lives when things go differently than the way we want them to and we can still choose how we respond.

Would like to come to Puerto Vallarta with me in January??

I am over the moon thrilled to be offering a group trip to one of my most favorite tropical destinations - Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! YAY! How does it get any better than that??

Hubby and I have been traveling there for a month each winter for the past three years. It is such an amazing place. Easy to get around, safe and friendly. We love the temperature in January as it is often like a Canadian summer. Hot and sunny during the day and cools off at night. And a big plus, no bugs! LOL

After being asked countless times to set up a group trip where people had time to enjoy the sunshine, connect with like minded people and I offered classes, I have finally found the perfect travel agent who could help me with it this year. YAY!

The theme is “Choosing Your Phenomenal Living in 2013 & BEYOND”. I will facilitate classes on how to truly “choose” what you desire in your life and the action steps to create it. I will walk you through the steps for each area of your life and give you tools on how to create it. We will clear the gunk stopping you from living it and have tons and tons of FUN!! I am over the moon thrilled to be offering a group trip to one of my most favorite tropical destinations - Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! YAY! How does it get any better than that??

Hubby and I have been traveling there for a month each winter for the past three years. It is such an amazing place. Easy to get around, safe and friendly. We love the temperature in January as it is often like a Canadian summer. Hot and sunny during the day and cools off at night. And a big plus, no bugs! LOL

After being asked countless times to set up a group trip where people had time to enjoy the sunshine, connect with like minded people and I offered classes, I have finally found the perfect travel agent who could help me with it this year. YAY!

The theme is “Choosing Your Phenomenal Living in 2013 & BEYOND”. I will facilitate classes on how to truly “choose” what you desire in your life and the action steps to create it. I will walk you through the steps for each area of your life and give you tools on how to create it. We will clear the gunk stopping you from living it and have tons and tons of FUN!! Are you truly ready to step into the infinite possibilities of 2013??

A perfect balance of learning and playing - I have set up the schedule for about 18 hours of class time split into 5 days, never more than 4 hours in a day. One entire day will have no classes.

Fear... or Excitement????

I am currently in Costa Rica taking a workshop so I can facilitate classes in Foundation and Level 1 in Access Consciousness, along with the Bars classes I already facilitate.

Yesterday I joined a friend on the beach, she asked if I would like to do a 2 hour horse back riding adventure in the mountains. My body did this zilch thing it does when it is really excited about something. (and no, I don’t know if zilch is a real word LOL) Interesting thing is that for years I called that zilch “fear”. So when I felt the zilch I took it as a sign not to do whatever was being offered as a possibly.

Did you know that fear and excitement read the exact same to your body. There is no physiological difference whatsoever. So now I ask myself the following question when I feel that zilch - is this fear or excitement? It is always excitement. My body was screaming YES to horseback riding. My mind - not so much! LOL

We spent a couple hours on the beach and as the possibility of going would come up - I would go into question about it. Clearing anything that was blocking me from looking at the possibility with pure awareness. The most beneficial thing I did was ask my body what it would feel like once the horseback riding was complete - it felt spacious, yummy, and joyful. I would say no to that energy - why??? So as we were leaving the beach I told my friend I would love to go with her.

I won’t lie, it wasn’t always easy on the horse. There were times I just wanted to jump off and walk. There were times I felt totally out of control - eeeeeek! I would just go to question and it would open the energy up. At one time I had the memory of being bucked off a horse onto the fence when I was quite young. It is very possible that was the last time I was on a horse. I cleared that. Some more energy came up and I remembered to ask “Who does this belong to?” and sent it back to sender with consciousness (so they can change it if they choose).

Shortly after that my friend asked how I was doing. I told her I was fine, although a bit uncomfortable in the seat as going back down the hill was at a different angle. She asked if the heavy energy was coming up for me - I laughed, said No - and in fact I had forgot it was an issue. WHOA! How cool is that?? Once it was cleared I literally forgot about it. Amazing, truly amazing! How does it get any better than that??

And my body was correct, at the end of the tour I felt totally spacious, joyful and yummy!

Signs from Spirit

A couple of cool stories from Medium readings I did this week --

A female in spirit was telling my client that she had brought her flowers after she crossed over. 

I have had other spirits say the same thing and in fact had a friend who had crossed over send me flowers also. The way my friend did it was she got my husbands boss to bring me flowers for something totally unrelated (his boss had woke me up one night looking for my husband and felt bad). When she handed me the flowers I heard my friend on the other side tell me they were from her. I was thrilled.

Back to my client -- as I was explaining what her loved one was saying she started crying saying that she did receive a rose on the one year anniversary of her death... it had just showed up and although she asked everyone she could think if... no one had sent it. WOW! How cool is that???

In another reading my clients Grandma was explaining all the things she does to get her granddaughters attention. I thought I had heard of all the signs but spirit always surprises me. She pulls the tea towels off the stove so her granddaughter has to put them up again. HA! That made me giggle!

Spirit will always show you they are with you. If you don’t feel you are receiving the signs ask for them to be clearer. Your loved ones want you to know they are with you, having fun and loving you.

Gifts from the Other Side -- A Medium's Experience in a Restaurant

I had a really interesting experience this morning. I was in a restaurant having breakfast by myself and these 2 brothers were seated at a table close by. The tables were arranged in a way that I was basically looking straight at them. The one brother was clearly upset about something.

As I was watching them an older male spirit came into my awareness. Now if you know me you know that I NEVER look for spirit unless I am doing a reading. I personally think it over steps some boundaries -- both mine and the other persons.

I also know if a spirit comes in uninvited there is something they want to show me. So I watched. To my amazement this spirit showed me energetically what he was doing for his grandson.

As his grandson would discuss his upset his eyes would brim with tears, his grandpa would put his hand on the grandson’s heart and the sadness would ease. It was absolutely fascinating to watch. Spirits have been telling my clients and I for 10 years how much they help us during readings and meditations, never once I have “seen” it.

Then he showed me something else that blew my mind... in a good way! As the upset grandson would finish talking, grandpa would energetically touch the other grandson. At first I thought he was just assisting him too as he must be feeling distressed watching his brother. It happened a few times and I realized the moment grandpa’s energy would touch him, he would speak. I asked grandpa what was going on. He explained that he was giving him the words to say, to best assist and comfort his brother. WOW!!! Truly amazing.

The other thing that grandpa showed me was that he wasn’t in any way trying to stop his grandson from hurting, feeling the emotion or fix what he was going through. He was supporting him in ways that the grandson could make choices that would resolve what he was going through. What an empowering way to support someone!

I also asked him who called on him to help, as I have always received the message that we need to ask them or they can’t do anything for us due to free will. He explained that no one had specifically called on him, but the desire of the brother to help was enough to give him permission to help.

Witnessing this has changed me in ways I can’t describe. To see and feel the degree of love, caring, healing and compassion that the other side has for us, truly, absolutely amazing. The gifts the other side has for us are beyond this world. Open your heart to them. Be willing to trust they are there. Ask for signs. Ask for what you require from them. You are loved, this I KNOW for sure.

Is Now the Time to Let Your Awesome Shine?

There is a quote from the movie What a Girl Wants that says -- “Stop trying to fit in when you were born to stand out.”

Many of us were taught as children that we needed to be like everyone else. If you weren’t part of the popular group, you didn’t fit. In order to be part of the popular group you had to be “like” those in the group. Difference was rejected. Same-ness was celebrated.

Most of us continued that feeling throughout our teens and into our adult lives. Then some where along the way we start to question who we really are. We find so many masks and layers that don’t belong to us. They helped us fit in with certain groups or people but they were never really true.

The truth is each one of us are born to stand out. To be different. To celebrate our unique-ness. To know our true value within ourselves. To share our specific gifts, talents and abilities with our world. And in my experience the only way to tap into that is to let the masks and layers go and let our awesome shine.

Some steps to help open the door to your awesome-ness:

1. Find out who you really are -- this is done through experience. Try different things. Set time aside once a week or once a month to try something you have never tried before. If you like it, keep doing it. If you don’t, don’t. You will be amazed at what you find out about yourself.

2. Pay attention to how you act and feel with those around you -- if you are constantly trying to say or do the right thing to be accepted by people it is time to change that. Awareness is the first step. Once you realize you are doing it you can choose to change it. If those people don’t appreciate it, you can choose to change those people to new ones who are willing to accept you for who you truly are. You don’t need to blame the other people to make the change. Just recognize it and find others. How do you find new friends? See step #1.

3. Just do it -- start living your life for you. Make choices that make your heart sing. Stop complaining and just do it. Your happiness is your responsibility. Is now the time to let your awesome shine?

What Your Loved Ones in Heaven Really Want For You

In the past couple weeks I have noticed a theme while giving mediumship readings -- many clients are holding on to something they are afraid their loved ones in heaven are upset with them about or disappointed by.

A woman was afraid her Dad would be disappointed she was ending her marriage because, when he was here, he always said that divorce was wrong, in fact, the words she remembered the most -- “you make your bed, you lay in it.”

A man was afraid his Dad would be upset as he hasn’t been able fulfill his Dad’s dying wishes to “take care of the family” due to an upset and they won’t speak to him now.

A woman was sure her fiance, who crossed a month before their wedding, wouldn’t even come through to speak to her because she was now in love with another man and planning their wedding.

A woman who didn’t get to her Grandmother’s side before she crossed over, felt she didn’t even deserve her Grandmother’s energy to come visit her.

A young man was sure his sister, who died in an accident where he was driving, could never forgive him.

A woman had filled herself with such intense guilt for the last 20 years because she was sure she was the causing for her Mom’s death, as the night she forgot to pray for her, was the night Mom crossed over.

And there are many more along with theme. Do you know what every one of the loved ones in Spirit said to these people? Maybe not in these exact words, but the energy has been the same -- “I love you. Forgive yourself. Your happiness is all that matters to us here in Heaven.” They are not holding grudges or resentments. They see the truth. They see our hearts.

The woman’s Dad knew the daughter had done everything possible to save her marriage and since her husband wasn’t trying, there was nothing left for her to do. Her happiness is what is important to him, not how many years she stays in an unhappy marriage.

The man’s Dad knew that the son couldn’t change the upset in the family and more importantly then trying to take care of them, he wants his son to take care of himself and his happiness.

The woman’s fiance came in loud and clear to tell her that is was him that brought her new love to her. All he wants is for her to smile and laugh and dance again.

The woman’s Grandmother knew she did everything she could to be there, and Grandmother planned it perfectly so she was all by herself when she crossed. It was her choice. (many spirits do this)

The young man’s sister told him she had nothing to forgive him for. In her eyes he did nothing wrong. Nothing. It was her time to go and although no one here on earth would understand that, it was.

The woman’s Mom knew her daughter had nothing to do with her crossing over and had been trying to tell her that for years through her dreams.

As a medium I can guarantee that any guilt you are carrying in regards to someone who has crossed over you can let it go and forgive yourself. They are asking you to, likely even begging you to. Once we cross into the pure love and light of the other side the humanly ego gunk dissolves. Their desire for your happiness is #1. Ask them to help you forgive yourself. If you need, you can ask for them to forgive you, but they already have.

#1 Way to Build Confidence

In my opinion it is the only way to build confidence -- do that which you are most afraid of. Until you do it, the fear holds power over you. Plain and simple.

Of course you can break it down into baby steps if that feels better for you. It all results in the same -- take action on your fear so you can see there is nothing to be afraid of.

If you are afraid of public speaking yet you know it is something you desire to do to get your message out to the world start with a program like Toastmasters so you can take action in a safe environment.

If you are afraid of asking someone on a date yet you really want to have that connection with someone start by asking friends out who you have no desire to get romantic with. Set a target for yourself -- for example you will ask 3 friends on “dates” and the 4th person will be someone you desire a romantic connection with.

If you are afraid of asking for a raise yet you know it is the only way to receive one start by asking your boss for other things - like a day off, a new computer/equipment, etc. Just the energy of asking will build your confidence to ask for the raise.

If you are afraid of going on TV yet know the importance of it you can go on a roller coaster. I know it doesn’t make much sense. What does a roller coaster and TV have to do with each other? Nothing. Everything. I have been in my business for 10 years and have had to push myself outside my comfort zone more times then I can count. Going on TV will be another one of those times. This time I am choosing to do it differently. I am choosing to do it from the place of total and absolute awareness and FUN. Most of the other times when I did something outside my comfort zone I disconnected, went through the motions and “woke up” on the other side. I allowed the fear to over take me and just pushed through it. On one hand I am grateful to have been able to get through those experiences, on the other hand it would have been so much more beautiful, amazing and joyful had I been totally present while doing them.

This brings me back to the roller coaster. As a child I enjoyed rides and a friend and I would spend weekends at the West Edmonton park going on them over and over and over. As I got older (but not old!) my desire to go on rides changed. I would still do a couple of my favorites and never once, not even as a child, would I go on a roller coaster.

Hubby came home one day declaring his desire to do the new roller coaster at West Edmonton park. I thought he was joking because he doesn’t like rides either. He wasn’t. The next chance we had we headed to Edmonton. He fully expected me to back out, as I did him. Once he bought the tickets I knew we were going for sure. Yikes!

Standing in line was very difficult. It was about a 20 minute wait as all the rides had to shut down for a routine fire alarm. It was perfect though in the sense that I was able to remind myself to stay present. I worked with Creator and my Divine Energetic Team to help me. I couldn’t disconnect and rush through it. I had to stand still and breath. Then it came our turn to get in the car. No turning back now. The minute it started going I could feel myself attempting to check out. I brought myself back to the present. Then we went up a very steep incline and, since everything that goes up must come down, I knew the next part would be tough. It was. I checked out for a few minutes. Couldn’t, or wouldn’t, open my eyes. It was terrifying. Then we slowed down for a bit. I came back to the present. And off we went again, and so did I. I went back and forth from present to checked out. I was so grateful when the ride ended. Hubby and I laughed at ourselves, well, mostly me because I screamed pretty much the whole time.

I walked away from there knowing that I have taken another step towards building my confidence. That when I go on TV on April 26 I have a much better chance of doing it from awareness and fun then disconnection.

We renamed this -- The Ride of Death!!

In my opinion it is the only way to build confidence -- do that which you are most afraid of. Until you do it, the fear holds power over you. Plain and simple.

Of course you can break it down into baby steps if that feels better for you. It all results in the same -- take action on your fear so you can see there is nothing to be afraid of.

If you are afraid of public speaking yet you know it is something you desire to do to get your message out to the world start with a program like Toastmasters so you can take action in a safe environment.

If you are afraid of asking someone on a date yet you really want to have that connection with someone start by asking friends out who you have no desire to get romantic with. Set a target for yourself -- for example you will ask 3 friends on “dates” and the 4th person will be someone you desire a romantic connection with.

If you are afraid of asking for a raise yet you know it is the only way to receive one start by asking your boss for other things - like a day off, a new computer/equipment, etc. Just the energy of asking will build your confidence to ask for the raise.

If you are afraid of going on TV yet know the importance of it you can go on a roller coaster. I know it doesn’t make much sense. What does a roller coaster and TV have to do with each other? Nothing. Everything. I have been in my business for 10 years and have had to push myself outside my comfort zone more times then I can count. Going on TV will be another one of those times. Asking for What You Require

Last week I received an invite to be on the CTV Morning Live show in Edmonton to discuss my chapter in the Pearls of Wisdom book and how it was one of the 26 that got picked over the thousands that were submitted. Wha hoooooooo!

When I received the official email I was over the moon excited. A dear friend was here so we hollered and hugged and laughed and cried and it was amazing. Then I just had to phone hubby to share the exciting news with him. The day prior I had told him if I was invited on the show he needed to be available to take me as I required his support to do this. So when I called to share the exciting news that I had been officially invited he needed to make sure he got the information he required to make my previous request happen. What day is it? What time is it? When would we leave? When would we get back? This wasn’t the excitement I was looking for. I didn’t have any answers to those questions, nor did any of that matter to me at that exact moment. I wanted him to support my excitement through happiness, joy and maybe even a little screaming. LOL
 
I got off the phone and told my friend I missed a step. I didn’t ask hubby for what I required in that conversation. Since I wanted a certain type of support from him, it was my responsibility to ask for it. I cannot assume he knows what I require, as we all know what assuming does. He was going off what I told him I required the day before. My friend and I giggled about it and it was done.
 
I remember years ago being so frustrated that I would actually have to ask for what I require. If he loves me he would know exactly what I require when I required it. SO THERE! And let me tell you, that never worked out well. I was disappointed and blamed him continuously. He walked around confused and annoyed.
 
As the years have went by and I have chosen to take full responsibility for my happiness and my life, I have chose to ask for exactly what I require, and if I miss the step -- it isn’t his fault. I don’t go into blame, not of him, or of myself. I just missed a step, big deal. I can always make the request the moment I realized I missed the step. It is just that easy.
 
I see the same thing with other couples, relationships with family and friends -- and even relationships with people and their Angels. People go into victim mode instead of asking for what they require. In pretty much every reading I do the Angels always say - ASK for more help, we can’t help unless you ask. State what you require. Ask for what your heart desires.
 
One of the funnest and easiest ways I have found to get into a habit of asking my Angels for what I require is through an Angel To Do List. I have 2 on the go -- one for me and one for my energetic support team. You can use a notebook, a file on your computer or a scrap piece of paper. Fill it out every morning or evening and watch the miracles happen!!
 
No matter who you are looking for support from, Angels or humans, asking for what you require is the only way to ensure you will receive it. Or, you will find out that person cannot support you in that manner and you can request it from someone who can.

From Grief to Peace

16 months ago a friendship that was very dear to me, ended. It was unexpected and not something that I ever wanted to happen. Ever. It did though and it took me on a journey from the deepest grief to eventually, months later, peace.

It was a very difficult journey as all journeys with grief are. At times feeling so incredibly angry, at other times crying myself to sleep in sorrow, at other times feeling numb.

For those of you who have went through an ending you understand what I am talking about. It can be someone we love dying, a marriage ending, a pet dying, getting fired from a job, children leaving home after graduation, children moving to the other parents home after a divorce, or even when friends or family members move away.

We make up all sorts of stories to distract us from the grief. If it was a relationship that ended we attempt to make the other person bad or wrong, if it was a death we try to make sense of it, if it was a natural progression in life such as children leaving home for college we tell ourselves it is the way it is supposed to be. Truth is we are hurting and distracting ourselves only prolongs the inevitable. We have to feel it to get to the other side of it -- where the peace of it is.

The other night I was talking to a friend about this situation and I made the comment that “it takes time to get over grief.” As soon as I said it I realized the limiting belief in that. The next day I sat down to have my usual conversation with Creator and we discussed it. He explained that I had many limiting beliefs that were stopping me from choosing peace:
-- I was hanging on to the grief to prove to myself, and others, that I went through hell and just how hard it was for me.
-- If I let it go it meant that what I went through was nothing. 
--Since I know I create my reality I also believed that I had done something so horribly wrong, I deserved this hell.
-- I had to be ashamed of myself for creating this.
-- Grief takes time to get through.
--And many other limiting beliefs I don’t remember, which is very common after a ThetaHealing session. 

As Creator and I discussed this he cleared all of these limiting beliefs changing them to peace. It was so powerful, so amazing, so free-ing! Finally, 16 months later, I have stepped into the peace of the whole situation. I accept that it happened. I understand it from the Creator’s definition -- rather than making up all sorts of stories in my head about how wrong she is or how bad I am. It just is what it is, no judgement, no shame, no more wasted energy on trying to figure out “why.”

Now that I am on the peace side of this situation Creator has requested we hold a “Conversation with Creator -- From Grief to Peace” for anyone who is ready to move from grief to peace. He will provide you with powerful energy shifts, healings and teachings to shift grief, any type, to peace. Divine energies will work with you and your energy field while you listen to clear anything that is blocking you from feeling peace on all levels.

Quick and Easy Way to Stop the "Crazy"

Since spending the month in Mexico one thing Creator has had me shifting, changing and becoming extremely aware of are the stories I tell myself. WOW! It is amazing to me the crap my ego can make up in my head! From mean things about my body to stories about others gossiping about me to imaginary fights with hubby, etc. 

Creator has explained that our ego does this to distract us from our greatness, from our amazing-ness, from our awesome-ness. Do you really want to let it have that sort of power? I don't. Are you willing to let something stop you from all you are meant to be? NO!

One day I was especially frustrated with my thoughts and asked Creator if everyone has "crazy" living in their head. He said yes, the ones who are successful, happy, living lives beyond their wildest dreams are the ones who continuously choose their greatness instead of the crazy. Over time, the more you choose your greatness - the power of "crazy" gets less, way, way less.

One quick and easy way to stop it - the moment you hear the "crazy" going on in your head just ask yourself "Am I choosing to use this to distract me from my greatness?" The answer will always be yes as there will never be a good reason to make crap up in your head about yourself or someone else. It will never be the truth as it is based on your judgements, limitations and craziness. 

The reason asking yourself the question is important is so you can take your power back. You can decide in that moment to choose greatness or to choose powerlessness. As with everything, choice is yours.

If you find yourself always talking the same "crazy" I suggest you do some form of additional healing on it. Reiki, ThetaHealing, journaling, yoga, etc, etc, etc. Often when we tell ourselves the same limiting story over and over there are deeper beliefs tied into it that need to be released.
